Finding The Right Person

Finding the right person for the job can be often be a time consuming and frustrating task; but it can be made easier. The advertisement - it's wording and where it's placed - can make a huge difference in the quality of applicants who apply. This section has handy hints for advertising the job and should help to attract a pool of suitably qualified applicants.
